I'm Lauren Foster, a Calgary-based digital strategist and delivery lead with nearly 20 years across design, brand, UX, and e-commerce. I run the discovery sessions, design the workflows, keep projects moving, and turn the results into stories leaders can act on. Right now I'm helping small organizations adopt digital tools and responsible AI in ways that keep people at the centre.
What I Do
I started as a designer, and it still shapes how I work. I look at how things really work for people before I try to fix anything.
Delivery and Change
I take projects from scoping to launch and help teams settle into new tools and ways of working. You get clear timelines, progress you can see, and the SOPs and training that keep the change in place after launch.
Discovery and Digital Strategy
Before anything gets built, I talk to the people involved. Discovery and design-thinking sessions, journey mapping, and stakeholder interviews show what’s really happening. Then priorities come from evidence, not from whoever is loudest in the room.
Data and Storytelling
I pull the numbers from tools like Power BI and Tableau and turn them into visuals and plain-language summaries leaders actually read. Being a designer helps here.
Human-Centred AI
AI should give people time back, not take over the parts of the work that need a human. I look at where your organization is today, find practical places to start, and set priorities your leadership can act on.
